Hi everybody I'm new hear well long time Reader first time poster, and I have a question of course, I have a 97 RM250 and I have a chance to trade for a 2004 yz450f I was just wondering what some of the more experienced Riders thoughts were if it's a good trade or not, pros and cons thanks ahead of time.

All depends on the condition. The RM is going to be easier and less expensive to work on. The 450 will have slightly better suspension but if the valves are shot and you do not know how to work on a 4 stroke you will be out some dollars.
