I just had to say do to some comments I saw on this boot! I have a pair of AXO RC-5 Boots. The quality is second to none. The only complaint I have if any is that I don't race or ride hardly anymore so I will take forever to break them in. I've rode, raced trail ridden here in southern Calif all my life, from Escape Country, Gorman, Saddleback, Elsinore ( Canyon Lake before it was a Lake) etc. My last pair of Northstars wich I still have and worn out many times since the late '70's I took time and shopped! The boots are excellent but have a hard decision to sell them do to all I really need is my pair of Merrell hiking boots to do enduro riding up saddleback mountain, or weekend at Staddard Wells (Bell Mount), or El Mirage since I don't race anymore.
