If it was just a top end then there is no point in changing the oil as part of a break in procedure as crankcase oil isn't involved in the cylinder at all. If you haven't changed the oil in a while then it needs to be changed, but not after 15 minutes of break in! It is better to keep the load on the engine light until the rings have "seated", which really shouldn't take that long. Just go for a mile trail ride and it will be fine. Don't go blasting down a long sand wash or ride WOT down a pole line road. I always add extra oil to the first tank just to be on the safe side. That said, even that is not totally necessary.
