What years linkage and swingarm will fit a 94 CR 250? Would a newer swingarm and linkage fit a 94? When they changed to the aluminum frame, did they change the linkage and swingarm design also?

Thanks

Im not a honda guy, but best bet is to go online to a OEM parts site and look at some online parts fiche. You will be able to tell the years that use the same parts numbers by looking at the diff models. I did it with a YZ and ended up saving a bunch $$ on a kick starter.

1992-1996 Cr 250's are the same basic chassis, with slight tweaking. A swingarm and linkage from any year in this range will bolt up. Not sure if a 97 or newer will bolt up, but I would bet there is changes. The aluminum frame is more rigid than the steel frame, so it would make sense that the swingarm and linkage would change to suit the frame rigidity as well.
