Cyclops headlight, Yz125

What are the necessary mods for running a cyclops headlight on a 1998 yz125? Do you need to get a beefier stator or anything?

You will need a stator with a light coil. The stock stator is for ignition only. Check various online sellers for Baja Designs and Dakar Kits. These kits will either have the stator with them or tell you which stator you need and the cost. The Dakar kit is nice and a bit better price than the Baja Designs. Both kits are for Dual Sporting. You may not be looking for the whole kit but these kits should help answer some of your questions.
