help with ID DRZ 250

Where is the VIN or ID plate on a newer DRZ? Not on the neck or frame that I can find it. Its either a 2005 or 06, we think!

I would expect to see it in the places that you mentioned. Maybe it was on one of those metalic stickers that Suzuki used for awhile and then a previous owner pulled it?

If you can't find it, then call a dealership.
