a while back i built this kx125-kdx200 for a friend.

i liked it so much i decided to build one for myself,, i struggled to find a sutable kdx200 motor so ended up, building a
YZ125-WR200

(its almost finished)

its an ally tank, and titanium subframe.
and im using wr426 suspension [resprung for my wieght]

anyone else built a hybrid?

The Yam looks good.I read with interest the feature on the kx/kdx hybrid in TBM mag.Id like to do that with my kdx one day when I find a 125 at the right price. Will I be reading about the new one?? Full credit to you.

maybe,,sent Si a picture of it and he asked when they can look at it and have a ride,, so probably so.

if you do opt to pop your engine in a other frame,,, have a look at the newer kx125 frame if you can,, or even a ally cr125
both would be easier then the one i built

yeah seen that,, think he used a crf450 frame.

i also thought of doing a kdx200 motor in a tm125mx chassis,, as you can get em very cheap,, and they come with nice suspension
