Is my Air Screw Missing? (RM125)

I have been wondering why my bike is so boggy on the low end and goesnt seem to be too quick compared to other 125s I've ridden. Is there a screw missing right by the boot for the air box? Also, is my other adjustment screw broken off it looks like? I tried all sorts of allen keys and star keys and nothing would turn it, I also tried a phillips and flat head...nothing.
Anyway, if they are both messed up could someone point me in the right direction to purchasing them...thanks!

Yes, your air screw is missing and it does look like your idle adjustment is broken off.

02, luckily I only rode it once, noticed it was really boggy when I went full throttle and all around slow and I just parked it
