O is an exclamation as you ride Nicole's gnarly trail;
P is for pride in making it out alive;
Q is for "Quick! Get the camera!" as over the jumps we sail;
R is for ROOST flying from our knobbies toward the sky.

Hope it's ok I joined in. Not sure what this post was originally about but CJ's poem caught my imagination.

I have retired my attempts to grok them in favor of admiration and supplication.
I just have more fun this way.

SFO--Grok? I didn't know you were a Heinlein fan.

FE--what's this "220" I see in your signature? A big bore or engine transplant? Tell us all about the bike goodies.

After I imploded my engine in Baha(melted piston, cracked cylinder), Bill sent it to Eric to get rebuild and he bored it over as a wedding present from Rich.
I grok, you grok, we all grok for grok-grok!

Hey FC22, you are in Tacoma now, correct?
What is your goodlooking gentlemen's name anyway?
How did you meet and what does he ride besides your bike and leaving it in gear?

Actually I am now in Spokane. 20 miles north of town actually, with a view of Mt. Spokane. :) My gentleman's name is Reese. We met through a mutual friend, maybe 3 1/2 years ago. He has 4--no, only 3 now--snowmobiles. He just sold his hillclimber and is making his big bore snocrosser into a long track for climbing. He has 2 440 snocrossers too, and the big bore is a 726 in a 440 chassis.

Lori, I was going to ask your Memorial day plans. I'm staying in town and Reese is going to Revelstoke to ride snowmobiles so I have the place to myself. I planned to get some day riding trips figured out, maybe over to Canfield or something, and cut trail at MY HOUSE! I have "permission" (not that I needed it) to start clearing trail up at our place. It's only 10 acres but I figure I can put together a decent loop if I make it zig-zag all over the place. Any help will be appreciated, and rewarded with proper beverages. ;)

What are your plans? Are you going camping?

Hi, firecracker22!
You ladies in WA and OR are so lucky to have such spacious back yard!

When I moved California, I wans't happy, because we didn't buy a house in the city of San Francisco. (I was a city girl in Japan!) But now I'm not happy again, because we don't have a house with such huge property that we can make nice trails for dirt biking. Anyway, what I wanted say was that I envy you ladies in OR and WA.

Can I come out to help you making trails? ;)

Of course you can! Come on up anytime you want, just let me know when so I can clear my cats out of our spare room. Are you coming up in July for the big ride at Mad River?
