jetting suggestions

ok i had my 2007 yz 250 for about 3 months and just got a fmf sst pipe and powercore silencer. i was wonder if i should get different jets or leave it as it is. the carb has been stock since i got it.

I have an 07 as well. So far it has proven to be flawless. The factory did a good job in setting the carb up. Since you installed a pipe and silencer you should take a few plug readings. I doubt the pipe/silencer will affect your jetting that much. My 06 has V-force reeds and a pipe /silencer combo and I am still with factory jetting. A JD jet kit is offered for the YZ, it has 2 multi-tapered needles to extract the best throttle response. I am currently experimenting with it now.
