Kx250F problem

I got a 07 kx250f. Went and cleaned the carb all the way out because it was a little sputery, cleaned everything and put a new spark plug in. Put everything back together and fired it up. Had full choke and ran fine, went to flip the choke off when it was warm and it would just die out. If i tried to give it some gas it would backfire like all hell.
Any ideas?

Did you gap your plug? mixture screw? Your CDI could be bad. Could be your Jetting or maybe your bowl is filled up? I have a book here at the house if you need anything just give me a shout.
