I have a 1996 KX60. What year RM60 are its parts interchangeable with? I think they are all interchangeable because I don't believe Kawi changed anything from 1985 on and the Suzuki is the same bike with Yellow plastic.

Does anybody know for sure?

To the best of my knowledge, they have always been the same. I do not recall zook ever designing their own 60 or 65.
sure they did. They made a 50 from 1978 to 1981, and they made a 60 in 1982.

To answer MikeT's question, any RM60/65 built in the 2000's is interchangeable with a KX of the same displacement.

OK, I will attempt to add that little tidbit to my knowledge pile, I sure do hope it doesn't get scared (or lonely) and run away. :)

Late 80's, I think 1988 through 2004 KX60's are, for the most part, all the same. RM60's were made in 03 and 04. Just KX60's with yellow plastic.

I have one of each. That will be a sad day in my life when my boys outgrow their 60's :( . Awesome little bikes. :ride:
