To fix the brass insert or to pull the bolt out?
At this point if the bolt is still in there and you need it out pull the tank, empty it and then fill it with water. Then grind the head off the bolt with a Dremmel type tool. If that is too much and you feel brave.... leave the tank in place, take a small drill bit and CAREFULLY drill a hole in the brass insert. Then you can stick a pick in the small hole and should be able to hold it in place so you can extract the bolt. I've done both methods with equal results. One just takes a bit more precission than the other :)
