Hey,

What kind of suspension mods/adjustments would you recommend for a 200 lb, 6'2" 40yr old riding the occasional MX. The stock settings seem to work great in the woods but Ive had a few scary moments on the mx track. I am a novice mxer...intermdediate or so woods guy...Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have only the most rudimentary Knowledge about suspension.

check out the ktm revalve kit on ebay. They get rave reviews and are 40 bucks. Working on the forks is the easy part. Picking the right shim stack is what these guys get paid for and some do it better than others. But before you do all that, you probably need new springs for your weight. Somewhere around a .44 front/pds3 rear. The guys on these forums are real nice and there is much info to be gleaned from the pros here. Good luck with it.
