Cool bike, you have a 69-71 ct1 if the tank is correct. Ct1s are one of my favorite bikes, I have a few ct1s and ct2s. the second plug is an extra it only uses one at a time, use a b8es and gap it at .024. If the oil injection is all there and in good shape use injector oil from your bike shop, or you can disconnect the injector and run pre mix at 32-1. If you are going to change forks look for some with aluminum sliders get the tripple clamps and its a bolt on, I have 75 mx 175 forks on mine but the 72 & 73 ct forks are a lot better then the old seel legged ones. Also if yours has a 19" front wheel look for a 21" wheel from a mx. This may be unwanted info I get carried away talking about old yamahas, if you have trouble finding parts let me know I have lots of stuff.
