New member just saying hello and thank you! I've found some good info on the 92 WR200 2 stroke here. I will probably be needing more help soon . I've searched through and haven't found much about compatible parts , if anyone knows info on these bikes I'd appreciate it. I still haven't even found a manual for it. Only imported to the united states for 1 year, but I love it .

It's hard to find compatible parts for the 200 b/c Yamaha didn't keep that line. I had a 93 WR250 and a lot of YZ parts were interchangeable, even the gas tank but from different years sometimes. The 200 doesn't have a YZ counterpart.

Great bike though... I would love to have time to do some restore on something around that era.

Yeah that's what I've been hearing as well. I read it was pretty big in Canada and other countries, hopefully I can atleast find some parts that way.

Some frame, plastics and tank may interchange with YZ's. That is worth looking into. Clarke Mfg had some good gas tanks and stuff for those models years ago but not sure what they may have now.
