noise with clutch out? please help!!!

my rm 250 makes a grinding/howling noise with the clutch lever released. i've seen a few threads on this before and they all said it was the bearing the clutch basket rides on i replaced that bearing about a month ago and while i had the clutch cover off i looked at everything else(except the steels) for damage and didnt see anything wrong. the noise might be a little better i cant tell. but anyway it still does it and it makes me worry when i hear it. supposedly some of this noise is normal but im not sure exactly what "some" means so i recorded my bike idling bringing the lever in and out.

Did you torque your clitch springs on too tight? Make sure you use the right torque specs when you're tightening them.

yes i did however i didnt use any kind of threadlocker so its possible the bolts could have moved? how would this make the noise?

other than stripping out the threads, the bolt loosening up or breaking off the spring boss attached to the clutch basket the torque wont make a bit of difference. IMHO it sounds normal to me. you sure your not just hearing your water pump whine like all my buds CR's make ?

looked at it today the clutch basket has a slight amount of play in it???
this puzzles me because the needle bearing it rides on is only 2 rides old and has no visible damage
