I'm planning a ride to Ocotillo for Monday December 27th. Anyone interested? There should be at least 3 of my neighbors riding and possibly around 10??? Let's make it a big ride.

Awesome. A friend of mine might be getting a bike from his wife for Christmas. So I know he'll be jonesing for a ride. I think I have about 2 chances of my wife getting me a bike for Christmas. You know.....slim and none.

Nevertheless there will be a few of us definitely going. More the merrier.

I am about 95% sure that I'm going and at least one other guy. We usually get there before 8am and we can meet at Holmes camp. Or where ever you want.

I will hopefully know for sure by end of next week and then I'll post.

hello, Im new and wanted to know what kind of bike u guys riding there? Also where do u guys start from?

There's just about any bike you can imagine there. It's mostly hard packed sand and a few spots that are a little deeper sand. I really don't know the area that well so someone could chime in.

As far as me riding on Monday I'm afraid I'd like to move it to the day before. Which is Sunday the 26th.
