Thanks. On that subject tho, I think they can only give you an Article 15 if you damage your body due to neglect. For example if you go out to the beach and don't wear sunscreen and get sunburned real bad, then they can give you one, becuase you could have prevented it. Although I was motorcycle racing, I was still wearing all the protective gear and took all the necessary precautions in order to stay safe, but it was just an accident that really couldn't have been prevented. Just like if I was to get in car accident on the way to the track, as long as I was wearing a seatbelt, then I wasn't doing anything out of the normal, and it was a flat-out accident in which injury just couldn't have been avoided. So I really don't see how they would have the grounds to take negative action against me for this. The post general has been asking a bunch of questions like "why didn't I take a motorcycle safety course?" and "why didn't I have a motorcycle license?" and "why was my motorcycle not registered on post?" and all this stuff, but it's an off-road bike, which doesn't require licensing, and I don't beleive there is a motorcycle safety course for off-road bikes, and I stored it at a buddy's house off-post. Does anybody know the WA state law on that stuff? Do I really need a license? Is there a safety course for off-road riding? Is it required? Brian
