I just got a 2001 cr250 that was set-up for motocross. The guy I bought it off of had springs installed for a 220lb man... I'm 160. So you can see the problem already when I ride woods. My question is how do you change the spring on the shock. Forks I did no problem, but I have the shock offf the bike, loosened the preload all the way but can't seem to find out how to take the bottom part off the shaft, where you adjust rebound. I didn't really fiddle with anything too much as I didnt want to ruin the shock. Thanks for any help and any settings suggestions for me would be appreciated...I ride mostly eastern style woods with rocks and roots galore but occasionally hit the track when my wallet is up to it. Thanks again.
