sign ups for lake elsinore race?

Anybody know how to sign up for the Elsinore Grand Prix? Do you need to be a member of the AMA? And how about bike setup and requirements.(safety wire, spark arrestor, etc)

The race is put on by GFI Racing (909) 341-8002 www.goateyeware.com

No special requirements (noise, spark arrestor, etc.) I put a little description of the course on a post below titled "lake elsinore grand prix"
