try B&J vintage trials I think theve got rl parts now.

You might also try movmx.com. This is the Missouri vintage site,a few of the guys dabble with the RL 250, and might be able to help

So im not the only one!

Im riding a 74 RL 250 and they are a blast but i have a time trying to find parts. I used to get them at a suzuki shop in Beckley WV but most of the parts are being discontinued so i have to result in matching up parts. So at the moment i havent found any but stuff usually pops up around my parts so i'll keep an eye.
