Where to ride in the Virginian Beach area?

I live in southern Maryland but I visit my folks often in Virginia Beach. My son will be visiting me from Texas during his Spring Break. The grandparents want us to visit, but he also wants to ride. I'd like to incorporate visiting the grandparents in Va Beach and riding. Are there any riding areas in the Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton Roads or Virinia beach areas. I'd prefer organized/legal riding areas.

The closest places I know of to ride are tracks. Both are in North Carolina...Moyock and Elizabeth City.
