This site is dedicated to the joy of off-road riding and in the end we hope some of the tips will help you enjoy it to the maximum and save you a little money too. Use all tech tips and information at your own risk. When it comes to protecting yourself full protective gear is the only way to go. Always wear a helmet and eye protection, but don't stop there. Wear good-quality riding boots to protect your feet, gloves, riding clothes, chest protector and everything you can get, because when you hit that tree you're going to be surprised at how hard it is, and you will hit it, it's just a question of when. If you don’t really see a need to wear a chest protector take a slow ride down a trail and count just how many spears there are disguising themselves as broken branches. Scary eh? Dress for the crash, we always say, and riding will be a whole lot more fun for a whole lot longer.
