Hello All,
I'm new to MX and am wanting a real bike. I've been chasing my kids on a CRF150F and have gotten the itch to hit the MX track. I found a 2002 CR125R that a guy wants to trade for my CRF150F. Is the CR125R a good bike? Are there better choices out there for around 2 grand? I am new to MX, 40 years old but in good shape, am 5'8" and 170 pounds.
I've been told by a few people to go with a 4-stroke due to the smooth power delivery but I love the ring-ding of a 2-stroke. My kid rides a Cobra CM50 and that little bike rips, that is what got me interested in a 125 2-stroke.
