I tried a lot of different needles and ended up with a JD kit. On another bike, same engine I use stock needle. There are also the carb slides coming in different sizes, bigger number meaning leaner. Another thing, is your silencer fresh or recently repacked or has still a old packing? How is your timing set. Both have an influence on how your bike runs. [/QUOTE]
