thanks

Rebel gears did get them from PBI for a while but they got charged like $16.00 for them + shipping then they resold them for $21.00 + shipping. OEM was like 23.50 at the time so doug said it was not worth it any longer...PBI dropped them later on in 2004...

good that there is another source.

I think Doug has been working with another guy for steel sprockets, and he may be supplying them soon. Hopefully he will cut some exotics and hard to finds. And hopefully he will provide at least the quality of PBI.
Hard sprocket cutters in the US seems to be in short supply.

Are the seat covers any different on a 2002 TM300. I definately need a new cover for it, anything out there? Also what about graphics kits?
Thanks
-Jared

The seat/cover is the same for your bike as it is for a 94-98 KX125/250. I used a One Industries technogrip, it's all black, no kawasaki green. Email me for a graphics kit, I have a complete spare 2002 TM graphics kit I'll make you a great deal on. camstyn@shaw.ca

This is my first post here and let me ask u..., do u have any advice when searching info by TM, coz the search engine don't allow less than 3 words? I'm a big fan of TM bikes, and been considering to get one, the next yr.

Thanks in advance!

P.S.: I apologize for my english :) , I'm catalan and still learning it. ;)

Hi this is my first post , I replace my clutch using 1996 Honda CR250 friction plate #22001-KZ3-730 on my 2002 TM400e , has anyone try and upgrade from a Mikuni carb to the Kiehin FCR carb?

Just keepin' a great thread alive by adding another retrofit swap:
My '04 TM 300 2t enduro uses the same conrods as a Honda CR250 from '88 to 96ish'. I forget the exact years but it's like for like on all dimensions. The only catch is some years used slightly narrower big end width and use thicker thrust washers but overall width is the same? A quick check with a vernier will clarify what works and what doesn't...
Price in Uk is just under £200 ($400?) for a rod kit....Honda around £65 (£130?) :yikes:

What about clutch cables ? I heard that KTM's have a hydraulic clutch, has anyone found a match From a KTM which can be used on a TM 2t MX250 ?
