cr80r big wheel help

iv got a 2002 cr80 expert but the back shocker is not working properly, so iv found out my friend has a full cr80 frame but a small wheel version im just wondering if the small wheel shocker will be any difrent to my original big wheel shocker? will the length be the same? thanks for any help.

the shock i believe they are the same but the spring not. you could use your spring on your friend shock.

i dont really know how to change the spring but i will be putting the two screw down clamp things right to the bottom to make the suspension abit stronger for my weight on this little thing

remove the shock, loosen up the preload rings all the way off the threads. Then push on the bottom collar and it will seperate, remove the circlip ring there, then push the spring down off the shock.

shock and forks are the same. Like said spring rates might be a bit different, but that is it.
