When does it drag? Cold engine? Hot engine? It it a really hard drag, like you can't hold the bike back with your feet on the ground? With the engine off and in gear, can you push the bike with the clutch pulled in? All bikes will have a bit of drag and is normal and a cold engine will have more drag than a hot engine. BTW, filing down the notches in the clutch basket will fix it if the notches are preventing the plates from separating but it is a temporary fix. When the fingers are filed down, the gap between them is larger and the plates can shuck back and forth more, causing more wear at a faster rate. Not to say it won't last a long time but be aware and keep an eye on it.
