ktm 200 exc 2000 clutch problem

Hi, i got a problem with my clutch, it feels as if it works, and ive checked the oil and all that, but it doesnt work when i try to put a level in from the start, it just stops as if i wouldnt have any clutch in, anyone got an advice on how to fix this?

What do you mean "try to put a level in from the start"??

A couple ideas.... Make sure you are using the correct fluid as incompatible hydraulic fluids can destroy the rubber parts inside the reservoir. Also be sure to bleed all the air out of the system or you will have zero clutch action. KTM suggests pressuring in fluid from the slave cylinder up.

My guess is that your master cylinder or slave cylinder is shot if you have not lost much/any mineral oil. Inspect your slave cylinder closely to see if there is fluid seaping out of the bottom.
