The volunteers and the Red River Dirt Riders are great people, who work tirelessly to put these events on. Shame on Red Bull for not inviting them to the after-party. They should get down on their knees and thank you guys.
I went over to triple threat for part of the night race. The crowd control was not as out-of-control and you could actually see more. I was not happy with the spectator control at Texas Stadium. They went a little too far. There was much negativity on the spectator side of the fence.
The Red River gang did a great job. Thanks for the support to make it all happen. Overall the race was well worth the weekend.
We talked to quite a few people at the Amsoil tent. They kept trying to buy the samples. I still have a list of interested people to work through.
