the original bars are cheap, first time the bike fall on his side and they will bend... i like a bit taller bars.
the suspension is soft for motocross on a slightly big guy but very good for fast trail riding.
porting is a nice way to get a bit more peak power and over rev for track racing, with out loosing much on the bottom.
jetting is also on the rich side on both jets.
i like taller gearing than stock. i run 1 tooth bigger on the front sprocket.
regarding aftermarket components, v force reeds are very good, have increased some top end, tame the hard hit and clean the jetting very well, seems to be much less sensitive on changes...

patman may help a bit more...

keep some spare levers, you will need it ;)

i have jet size recomendation, but i am in portugal, europe.
however check those links:
http://www.fmfracing.com/RiderSupport/JettingCenter
http://www.procircuit.com/jettingspecs.htm
http://www.boyesen.com/honda-jetting.php

keep in mind each bike is a bike. diferences in manufacturing and setup and engine wear will change the bikes need. even riding places and style.

if you don´t know how to jet properly:
