Dualsport: Scenic back roads both tar and dirt with unimproved roads and the occasional twotrack and easy singletrack trails thrown in. The emphasis is on hitting as many backroads and unmaintained twotrack sections as possible. Approximately 100 to 120 miles, Course will be available to download to GPS. Tough sections are on a rating system for riders to gauge difficulty and bypasses are provided. Both events will be gas on route (two strokers bring oil) with a bagged lunch to be served at a common location. All motorcycles MUST be street registered and QUIET! If your bike does not pass OUR (strict) sound test you will not be allowed to ride. Note: stock a KTM 450 EXC (or equivalent) is loud and barely passes the NETRA sound test. If you have one, repack the silencer at the minimum! Or better yet get a DBDawg insert or equivalent to keep from being turned away. Dualsport entries must be street LEGAL, purpose intended motorcycles. No enduro bikes, you wouldn’t enjoy this type of ride.
