Weird kx125 cylinder mod.

Just brought cylinder from germany and when it arrived i discovered it has some pretty weird mod done.. Why it's for and is this cyl still usable ?

Interesting. Maybe someone was trying a nitro boost? In anycase you can have holes welded up and ground smooth on the inside and you should be good to go.

Make it air tight and run it.

The same mod, as back in the day, with the boost bottle clobbered into the rubber intake? Remove it, and weld it shut?
