There is a black resin/splatter coming from the seam of where the pipe and exhaust header meets at the slip on part. There is no seal (sure seems like there should be a seal there) and the slip on stock pipe seems to be a little loose on the header (possibly because there is no seal maybe?) Anyway black splatter keeps leaking out of that seam where is slips on, don't know if that means its running rich or if that's normal. Need some help please.

That's called Spooge.. It's a two stroke reality. You can minimize it by jetting your carb properly. Excessive spooge is caused by an overly rich mixture. not excessive oil in your fuel, but excessive fuel in your air.

There are a lot of good jetting resources around the net, find one and read it and learn to jet. You'll have a better running bike and a lot less nasty black spooge all over your pipe..
