01 YZ 125 fork shim stacks for woods

Can some one give me a recomendation on the shim stacks for a 140 pound rider on a 01 YZ 125 for woods riding? I would like to change both the base valve stack and the mid valve. Will the stock rebound work for woods? Thanks, Dave

Im sure loads could, but as they normally charge money for such heard earned info ,i guess they wont hand them out to everyone who asks for a freebie?
