03 YZ125 milky oil not from water pump?

Hello,
Troubleshooting advice requested:

I replaced the water pump impeller shaft, 2 seals, and bearing (there's only 1 bearing). I have already changed the oil over 5 times, and it still turns milky white after 1 ride.

I plan to locate the water passage leading from the cylinder to the water pump, and look for cracks (in the right crankcase cover maybe?), but any help or previous experience with this would be appreciated.

In hindsight, I should not have kept putting this off, and riding. Now the bike does not shift smoothly, and 3rd gear sounds noisy, like it's not all the way in. I'm guessing the oil was not lubricating well, causing friction - the gears not to slide freely, ending up in a bent fork maybe. I hate rebuilding lower ends (just did my kids kx65). Live and learn...
