1st Gear JR 50?

I have searched this forum and found out there is a 1st gear for the JR. I think I have a good idea on what to grind away but have reservations. Does anyone have photos of this mod? would anyone be willing to share.

Thanks Vic, I found the thumb you listed. It is exactly as I thought. So, one more question. how much do you remove? Do you remove enough material so it looks like the other side? I read somewhere in this that the bike will shift into neutral very easily. It seems by looking at the diagrams that would be the case if you didn't remove enough material. I do realize that misshifting will happen. Thanks again
