Hi just wondering if anyone knows how dificult it would be to switch forks from a 2000 kdx220 to a 90 kdx 200?I have the 220 forks and clamps already just wondering if the 90 front wheel and axle would fit the 220 forks? Is the caliper bracket the same?If anyone has done a swap such as this please let me know. Thanks for all the help.Dont want to go to a kx front end due to already having the 220 forks. As I understand they are better than the 90 forks. Thanks

The forks should bolt right upto your current triple clamp. You will need an axle from the newer forks, but you might be able to use your current wheel and spacers. The axles are the same size and the overall width the wheel hub and spacers is pretty close between the two models. You'll also need a newer KDX brake caliper as the bolt pattern is completely different between the calipers.
