79'rm80 timing problem..HELP!!!!

I got the whole bike motor rebuilt...the problem iam having is that it wont start...i have fuel and spark..but i think the spark is at the wrong time..when i kick it over it just back fires...i need help..any info would be great..thanks.

i figured out the problem..it was the timing and i put a new plug in it..i had a new plug in it,but i guess the plug was bad.

those bike got timing i thought only four strokes had timing chains.
