Hello,
I'm at my wits end replacing my 2002 KX250 clutch. I've purchased two different brands of aftermarket kits online and not been able to use either. The first arrived with the steel plates too thin. They were at the minimum spec right out of the package and left me no adjustment (cable adjusted all the way in and barely any lever free play). The next kit came with steel plates that were mis-stamped and wouldn't slide over my inner hub without binding badly.
Is this normal? Should I have purchased factory parts from Kawasaki? Is there a decent aftermarket brand?

Thanks huge, Tom
