Clutch

Clutch will not disengage when pulling in clutch lever. Pulled out the clutch basket all clutches look good put it back in with in oil and still having same problem. :bang: Can anyone offer advice or help. Thx

I have the same bike.. Just making sure when you took out the clutches, you took them out one by one so they are not stuck together??? The issue with mine was that the CLUTCH RELEASE lever, that goes into the left side of the case, "what the cable connects to." was eaten out from where the push rod rode against it. I had to get one of each. The 99's were made of some cheese pot metal. I got a new one and it was made of steel. And like trial_07 said check you basket too.. Also just so you know there is no ball like some bikes.

I replaced that release lever too! It cost me 60 canadian dollars for the damn thing! Mine was broken where the cable holds on to it and I was tired of seeing it with a tie-wrap and a ball of tape lol!!
