DESERT 100 IS TENTATIVE FOR 2003 :whiner:
The Stumpjumpers M/C regretfully announce that the 2003 Desert 100 race and its various concurrent events cannot occur at the Vantage site where it has been held for many years, due to circumstances beyond their control. The land which has been the race site for many years is being used for another purpose which absolutely negates it being suitable for camping, riding and racing (a human bio waste dispersal project).

HOWEVER, The Stumpjumpers are
working overtime to secure an alternate location, they remain optimistic, and will make a final decision regarding the 2003 Desert 100 by early February.
