I gots a question for the Desert Debbies - should I go down a few teeth (or up one on the C/S)? Will it be a total waste of time? I can't remember if there is a lot of gnarly steep stuff that I'll want to keep my woods gearing for.

I might have a 48 tooth that Strick gave me. Is that too much? I think I'm running a 52 now.

I like lower gearing there. While it is true you'll maybe get alll tapped out somewhere I like the ease in the tight stuff.

Hey, old insurance-salesman dude, just leave me be. You pretend you have all your hair, I'll pretend I actually need 5th gear.

Plenty of hills and tight stuff, much slower than I expected. There are some straights, but they have whoops the size of VW bugs.

I was concerned about jetting last year. I should have been concerned about tires.
