Just to clarify...anyone who has actually raced MX (other than at previous DirtWeeks) should sign up in the B class, even if you race the Beginner class usually. We are reserving the C class for those people who don't race official races, other than at DW.

Likewise, if you race B class or even run decently in C (like me), you should enter the A class.

Also, I'm pretty sure I'm still a "C" rider. If you think I'm a "B", that's where I'll race, but I'll get waxed! Maybe Nik or Senior can give their opinion on class for me since we were all just at Wardy's... OK, just read Gomer's post. Looks like I'll be stinkin' up the "B" class this year! :)

The B class would prolly be the place for you Lou.....if you ar skeeered of the B class i'll take the gate beside you. :thumb: Is PK gonna be on the other side?????? :scream:

Aw c'mon. Where's your sense of adventure? :) There's nothing more exciting than running an MX bike at super low speeds over treacherous rocks, while trying desperately to keep the RPM's to aviod stalling. :eek:

You had to know this was going to come up again this year as is the case with all previous years :)

The C Class is for NOOBS. Beginners. This does not mean a vet woods racer who has not actually raced MX before. If you race locally.... NOPE. If you can clear some or all of the jumps at Cooperland... NOPE. If a flagger or I see a C-class rider clearing jumps, turning fast laps....you're out. I reserve the right to make the judgment call.

skill level: not able to clear doubles, triples or table-top jumps

B = AMA C-class

A = AMA B-class

Pro = AMA A-class

NOTE: GP race may have to be run by the same classes, depending on number of people interested.
