Putting new fork seals in my '02 KTM 520 WP's. I've been told to make the fluid level 144mm. Where is this measured from and to, and is this fluid level with the springs installed and the forks fully extended. Thanks huge, T. Roy
Oh yeah, from the top of the outer fork tubes to the surface of the oil in the fork tube. The tubes should be vertical, but as long as you always have them in the same position and measure from the same points, it doesn't matter so much since you should be adjusting the level to your weight and style anyways.
