How to change jetting?

I bought a used 89 cr125r and now im workin on replacing everything within it, i just bought a fmf fatty gold series exhaust and the sales rep told me that ill probally have to change my jetting. Im not really sure how to do that or what it takes. absolutely ANY help would be awsome.
