Cox cable did it with @home. They gave no warning other than it might happen. Several Markets were affected, but mine was not. Cox got a quick lesson in what not to do when starting an ISP. Do you have a cable modem or dsl? Should not be a problem if its dial up. Usually there are plenty around.
