jetting

i have a 01 kdx 220 think of boring the carb. i have fmf pipe and silence and also installed carbon tech reeds. needed to know the jetting for 200. the elevation where i ride is 4000 to 6000 ft. Do i need to change the pilot and needle jet as well as the main.
Also has anyone tried a heavier flywheel?
