KDX250 rear shock

hey all i have the chance to get a nice shiney OHLINS rear shock for a good price, but i cant be sure it is from a 250
if anyone could have a look at this link and let me know what they think, that would be grate.

it meusures 445 eye to eye and mine is 435, but that is just in the height adjustment.

its gotta be better than putting money in to rebuilding my stock one.....

problem is I don't think all shocks have the same size bolt/bushing holes so you may want to ask about the sizes too

It doesn't look like any KDX shock I've ever seen. Might fit, might not...

DRZ400 shock bolts right on

2005 DRZ400S shock bolted right on my freinds KDX250 1993.

It will be valved for MX, besides questions on fit.

You'd have to dyno it or check with Ohlins to see if the valving is anywhere near suitable.

Can the guy get any part number off of it? Check that, maybe that will help determining what it fits...?

I had one on my KDX250. IT was made for a KX125, and the fitment issue was with the reservior being to long. So I can to custom modify the pipe and silencer. But it was absolutely AWESOME. Also had the KX front forks with correct spring rates installed.

hey all thanks for the input.
im getting some more measurments tonight, if they look good i will
have a look on the ohlins website and check out the valving.

the only nbumbers on it are: v 203 then ka1380???
